How does the subscription service work?
You sign up for the delivery schedule of your choice (monthly or ever second month), along with the styles and quantities you select. Each month/or second month the credit or debit card you nominate with be automatically charged for the lashes you selected and they will be delivered right to your door.
How do I change the lash styles I receive each month?
Currently changing your selected styles is a little manual, all you need to do though is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what styles you'd like to change to.
When will my subscription lashes be shipped?
Your subscription lashes will be sent one to two days after you have signed up.
When will I be recharged for my subscription?
You will be recharged for your lash subscription every 30 or 60 days (depending on which delivery option you sign up for) from your original sign up date
What should I do if my package is damaged or incorrect?
If your package is damaged or incorrect please send us and email along with some photos to email@example.com and we will ensure we get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
How do I change my subscription shipping address?
You can do this by logging into your account on the website. Click "View Addresses" and here you can edit/change/delete your shipping address. Please ensure you update your address before your subscription is due to ship We can also update your address for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your updated info.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can cancel anytime. If you do not want to be changed for the following month you need to ensure you cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You can cancel your subscription by either logging into your account on the website or contacting us at email@example.com
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be shipped, once it's been shipped you will receive a notification via email
What are your shipping rates & timelines?
SHIPPING: NZ = $5 or FREE when you spend $25 or more. Australia = $7 or FREE when you spend $50 or more, which is UNTRACKED, delivery time is 10 to 15 business days. Tracked shipping is $20 and delivery time is 3 to 6 business days. Rest of World = $15 or FREE when you spend $100 or more, which is UNTRACKED, delivery time is 15 to 18 business days. TRACKED shipping is $50 and delivery time is 3 to 6 business days. Please note there are some countries we can not offer tracked shipping to, please contact us if you have any questions
Can I sign up to a subscription and do an individual purchase at the same time?
Yes you can, add both to your shopping cart and check out. Only the subscription "EVE Lash Club" will be recharged the following 30/60 days
